Recipe: Fried Egg Burger

Fried Egg Burger

Form beef into a thin paddy and season both sides with the Chipotle Rub. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. When done, set on slice of bread.

Spray the non-stick skillet again and gently drop your egg onto medium heat. Sprinkle with Chipotle Rub. When firm enough, gently flip and cook for another minute.

Place the egg on top of the burger and bust the yoke. If you cooked it right, it should run over the burger and make for a great sauce.
