Preheat oven to 350. Cut the chicken breast into 1/4 lb pieces. Cut them thin and wide rather than small and thick. Place cut chicken on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread 1/4 cup of Marinara on each piece. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165 (approximately 15 minutes).
Place one slice of Provolone on each piece (tear to fit odd shaped pieces). Sprinkle 1 tsp of Parmesean on each piece. Broil until cheese is melts and starts to brown (approximately 2 minutes).
