Do you use "stock" programs?
No. Every meal plan is created with you around your preferences and eating habits because 20 years of weight control has taught me that big, sudden changes are nowhere near as sustainable as incremental ones. Workout programs are built around your specific needs. No two clients get the same thing, even couples!

Cost?
My rates are $20-50 per hour depending on the number of workouts, meal planning sessions, and current promos. Schedule a FREE CONSULTATION where you can get a no-commitment personalized quote!

Billing?
All clients are billed monthly, in advance. I take check, cash, or credit card and can setup autopay.

Insurance and safety?
I'm insured and take safety very seriously. To mitigate dangers, training starts slow and easy, especially for the obese. Over the weeks, we get a better idea of weak spots and target those as we SLOWLY ramp up weight, intensity, and coordination requirements.

Pre-existing injuries or medical conditions?
For exercise, I can probably work within your doctor's written restrictions, but I am not a doctor/physical therapist and cannot determine those restrictions. For restricted diets, I'll help you eat accordingly, but ultimately, YOU are responsible for any dietery needs beyond weight loss and mass building. Only a registered dietician can create a medical-based meal plan.
